For those of you who prefer the convenience of picking up your orders simply select the “Pick-Up” option during checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, I’ll personally reach out to you with all the necessary details.

  • Shipping Times?

Please allow 1-3 business days to pack your order and bring it to the post office. I will always try to be as quick as possible! Items are usually shipped two or three day delivery.

  • Shipping delays:

I am sorry but Hang On Design is not responsible for unusual delays in shipping. If you need the item ASAP, please chat with me so I can accommodate and we can discuss any additional shipping fee.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

Hang On Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that state “Delivered”.

  • Returns/Refunds:

Hang On Design want’s you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase and I’ll credit your form of original payment, no questions asked. In returning your item please include your name and order number. Please message me the tracking information so I know when the package arrives. Note – you are responsible for your own return shipping charges unless there was an issue with the item you received.

  • Care instructions:

All items are wrapped before shipping but when you receive your new art, you might need to gently run your fingers through the fibers to de-clump any possible tangles during transit.
