📦 When Will My Order Ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days for packing and processing.
Orders typically ship via 2–3 day delivery, and I always do my best to send them out as quickly as possible!

Hang On Design is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” that are lost or stolen.
If you’re concerned about delivery security, consider using a safe location like a workplace or a pickup locker.

I want you to love your art. If you’re not totally happy, you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method—no questions asked.

Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped before shipping.
Once unboxed, you may need to gently run your fibers through the fibers to smooth out any tangles from transit.
